1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Villa Aora Mykonos website (aoravillamykonos.com) and the booking of stays at the property located in Ftelia, Mykonos, Greece. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payment

Reservations are made through our online booking engine or by direct arrangement. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of reservation. Rates are quoted per stay and include the services described in the booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are stated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable within the cancellation window communicated in your confirmation. We recommend appropriate travel insurance.

4. Occupancy & Conduct

• The villa accommodates a maximum of ten (10) guests.
• Events or parties require prior written consent.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors.

5. Liability

Use of the villa’s facilities, including the swimming pool, is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. To the extent permitted by law, the owners accept no liability for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
